By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. SHIPPING TERRITORY
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. SHIPPING FEES
All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are separate from product pricing and are not included in the listed product price unless explicitly stated.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders suspected of fraud or inaccurate information.
4. CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

The carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery.

Any delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

Stolen packages marked as delivered

Carrier mis-scans

Weather delays

Address errors provided by the customer
Customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping fees required for re-shipment
Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional payment before re-shipment.
6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.
Claims of non-receipt for packages marked as delivered must be resolved with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
7. SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only.
We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
8. SHIPPING INSURANCE
If shipping insurance is offered at checkout and declined by the customer, the customer assumes full responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
