RETURN, REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

This Return, Refund & Dispute Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made from 4GOODJUJU ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a business registered at 116 Central Park S, New York, NY 10019, United States.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the intimate, hygienic, and personal nature of our products, including but not limited to intimate wellness products, suppositories, washes, masks, and related items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.

2. NO RETURNS

For safety, hygiene, and consumer protection reasons:

  • We do not accept returns of opened or unopened products.

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

  • We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction.

  • We do not accept returns due to incorrect selection by the customer.

  • We do not accept returns based on individual sensitivities or reactions.

All products are sold as-is.

3. NO REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Personal preference

  • Individual results or lack of expected results

Once payment has been successfully processed, it is non-refundable.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Failure to report within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.

We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether a replacement will be issued. Refunds will not be issued.

Photographic proof of damage and original packaging may be required.

5. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

4GOODJUJU is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Customs delays or seizures (for international orders)

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon transfer of the package to the shipping carrier.

6. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

By completing a purchase, you agree:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback without first reviewing this Policy.

  • You understand that all sales are final.

  • You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder.

Fraudulent chargebacks constitute theft of services and may result in:

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

  • Account blacklisting

  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases

  • Legal action where applicable

We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with full supporting documentation, including IP address logs, order confirmations, shipment tracking, and payment authorization records.

7. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Customers assume full responsibility for:
